It has three double rooms with their own bathrooms and
is located in the centre of Speyer, in the conservation area
along the Speyerbach brook. In 2017 the villa was completely
renovated in line with conservation and environmental
requirements and converted into a B&B.
Heike Frank loves the city of Speyer and
the whole state of Rhineland Palatinate. She takes
real pleasure in introducing guests to her home area.
And she particularly enjoys it when they get
into conversation with each other.
