General terms and conditions

The German version of our terms & conditions takes precedence over the English version. In cases of doubt, the German version shall apply.

Conclusion of contract

Bookings can be made by oral or written agreement, by phone, letter, email, or internet. A room booking is binding for both the guest and for Villa Anna B&B. The booking counts as binding once the guest has received the written booking confirmation from Villa Anna. In the case of requests for a specific room, we reserve the right to adjust the room allocation based on current reservations.

When a guest books a room, a hotel accommodation contract comes into force. If a third party books a room for the guest, the third party and the guest are jointly liable for all the contract’s liabilities to the B&B.

Independently of that, any person booking a room must forward all relevant booking information – in particular these general terms and conditions – to the guest the booking is made for.

Transferal of the room for use by a third party is not allowed without the conclusion of a contract.

Room charges

The room charge is calculated per room and per day and is based on single, double or multiple (DREI 70) occupancy. The charge includes value-added tax (VAT) as well as free WiFi access. An organic breakfast is also included in the room charge.

All rooms are equipped with shower, toilet, hairdryer, and mini tablet.

Reservation

Guests may check in until 6.30 p.m. Please let us know in advance if you plan to check in after 6.30 p.m. After 6.30 p.m. we are not obliged to keep the reservation and are entitled to assign the room to another guest. In such cases you have no right to request compensation.

An- und Abreise

On the date of arrival, check in is from 4.30 p.m. at the earliest. On departure, you must check out before 11 a.m.

Payment

Invoices for accommodation and breakfast are due for payment immediately without deduction. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.

Pets

Out of respect for our other guests, we do not allow pets.

Cancellation

It is always possible to cancel your booking. To avoid misunderstandings, please cancel your booking in written form. The cancellation is valid from the day we receive it.

Liability

By law we are liable for damage to your property caused with intent or due to gross negligence, to a total amount of €500.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the entire building. Use of the smoking area in the courtyard of the house must first be agreed with the owner.

Final provisions

Changes and additions to these terms & conditions by the guest are invalid. Place of fulfillment and payment is Speyer. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Backnang. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should any single regulation of these general terms and conditions be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions is not affected. In all other respects, statutory provisions shall apply.
